It is with great excitement to share that Innovid has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TVSquared. Combining two forward-thinking, independent companies with a shared mission to transform TV measurement, TVSquared and Innovid will meet the needs of the ecosystem with a comprehensive view of audiences across all devices and platforms.  

The acquisition marks a unique moment for the industry, where TV and digital are truly brought together, establishing the largest global scale ever seen. Together, TVSquared and Innovid provide an unprecedented view of advertising and audiences across the linear, CTV and digital video marketplaces.

Innovid and TVSquared have the technology, vision and global footprint to create a standard, independent, currency-grade solution to enable the buy- and sell-sides to validate the efficacy of TV investments, with fully automated cross-platform measurement and outcomes.

The acquisition comes at a celebratory time for TVSquared, with 2022 marking our 10-year anniversary. When we started the company, we set out to bring transparency, accountability and proof of performance – all powered by real-time measurement and attribution – to TV advertisers around the world. Today, with employees across the globe and nearing 10,000 advertisers using our ADvantage platform, TVSquared has done just that, and transformed an industry in the process.
